Navigate to the CRM site and click "Log in" in the top-right sidebar. Use your Joomla username and password. Contact your administrator if you cannot log in.

Go to Contacts → click "+ New Contact". Fill in at least First Name and Last Name, then Save.

Tasks & Goals
Open My Tasks and click the checkbox icon to the left of the task title, or open the task detail and click "Mark as complete".

Email & Communications
Open the contact detail page and click the blue "Email" button. The compose drawer will open — fill in Subject and Message, then click "Queue & Send". The email will be sent within ~2 minutes.

Emails are queued and sent by an automated cron job approximately every 2 minutes. If an email shows as "failed" in Communications → Outbox, check the SMTP settings in Admin → DinaruCRM → Config → SMTP.
